Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of unique and delicious cocktails to our customers. Your expertise in mixology and your passion for creating exceptional drinks will contribute to providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create drink pairings for menu items

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new cocktail recipes

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume establishment

- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and cocktail recipes

- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems

- Strong cash handling skills

- Ability to perform basic retail math calculations

- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
